Dudley Beauty Cares, Inc. presents our PowerUp Business and Beauty Entrepreneur Expo. This inaugural event is held in conjunction with Dudley Beauty Corp. as a continuation of the legacy of Joe L. Dudley, Sr. and his mission to create 220 Black Millionaires.

Keynote Address
A Conversation with Rod Broadway
Roderick Craig Broadway is an American former college football coach. He served as the head football coach at North Carolina Central University from 2003 to 2006, Grambling State University from 2007 to 2010, and North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University from 2011 to 2017, compiling a career head coaching record of 125–45. He is the only coach to win a black college football national championship at three different schools.
He will share with us his principles for success and the determination needed to overcome any obstacle.

Corey Arvinger is a serial entrepreneur who has scaled multiple businesses by mastering influencer marketing and social media marketing and branding. He currently serves as the CEO of Support Black Colleges (SBC), a clothing line whose sole mission is to uplift, inspire and encourage others to support and attend HBCUs.
His keynote “Powering Up for Purpose” promises to be a celebration of entrepreneurship, resilience and the unyielding pursuit of one’s dreams. His story will not only empower current and future entrepreneurs but also serve as a reminder that strength and confidence are cultivated through perseverance and an unwavering commitment to one’s vision.
